2. Personal data we collect
We collect the name and email address you submit through the newsletter form, technical data (IP address, browser, device, approximate location), cookie identifiers, and any information you provide during a consultation.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process your data to respond to your enquiry and provide information about the residential participation programme (your consent under PDPA Section 19), to operate and secure the website (legitimate interest), and to comply with Thai tax, accounting and AML obligations (legal obligation).
4. Sharing of personal data
We share data with our hosting provider, email service provider, accounting partners and Thai authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal data. International transfers are only carried out with appropriate safeguards under PDPA.
5. Retention
Newsletter contacts are retained for up to 24 months from the last interaction. Consultation records are retained for up to 10 years to meet Thai accounting and AML requirements. Cookie data is retained as described in the Cookie Policy.
6. Your rights under PDPA
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Requests can be sent to contact@siamcrowdfund.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand (PDPC).
7. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures (TLS encryption, access control, logging, employee confidentiality) to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
8. Updates
This policy may be updated. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with a new effective date.
